General sales conditions
Orders placed in www.ironicurbanwear.com They imply acceptance, by the client, of the Ironic General Conditions of Sale. In effect once the corresponding order is placed.
Our products are intended to be faithfully presented in the inserted photographs and their descriptions. However, some color variations may occur depending on the lighting and/or contrast of the screens or changes regarding suppliers. At Ironic we are not responsible in such cases.
The stock is constantly updated but human errors or technical problems may occur that prevent us from keeping it up to date at any given time. If the product is not available once payment has been made, we will fully refund the amount to the corresponding person.
Prices
Our products have 21% VAT applied to their price, valid in Spain.
The prices, although fixed, can be modified at any time if we consider it necessary.
Payment Methods
To finalize the purchase you can make your payment by card or bank transfer.
Once the payment is accepted, the purchase is made.
Shipping and deliveries
At Ironic we work with a transport agency La Veloz Eco-Courier. From the moment they reach your hands, the orders are delivered within 24 hours.
Your order will be delivered within 4/5 working days, upon confirmation of payment. In the case of a product that we make to order, the order could take up to 7 business days.
At Ironic we are not responsible for errors in delivery when the address entered by the Client in the form does not correspond to reality or relevant data has been omitted.
Shipping costs
The shipping rate to the peninsular territory is €6.5 and for the Balearic Islands it is €9.
For Canary Islands and other territories not reflected, contact directly at info@ironicurbanwear.com for more information and order processing.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
In the case of orders over €150, shipping costs will be free.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have purchased in our online store and wish to make an exchange or return, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date the delivery is made. Except for Christmas, having a period of 30 calendar days for the return, from the date on which the delivery is made.
Exchanges will only be accepted when the items are in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labeling.
If the above instructions are not met, at Ironic we reserve the right not to make the exchange or return.
In the case of making the change, the return shipping costs, as well as those of the new item, will be borne by the interested party. In case of return, return shipping costs would also be borne by the person concerned.
We do not refund the purchase amount (except in exceptional cases, at the brand's discretion) but they can be exchanged for a voucher to spend in the store within a period of six months after the transaction.
